Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our first concern. Each design is hand applied, carved, and coloured onto each piece of glassware. Sometimes small differences occur between pieces. These differences make each piece unique. If you need to return a product to us, please do so within 14 days of purchase in its original and unused condition.

Please pack the product in the original packing material and return it to us by insured mail or UPS, with your invoice and instructions for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

We cannot accept returns based on minor differences due to the hand made nature of the product. We cannot accept returns of personalized, dated, or commemorative items, except for replacement of defective merchandise. Please double check spelling of any wording when ordering. We cannot be responsible for spelling errors not made by us.

Damage Claims: In case of damage or shortage, you must keep any damage merchandise with the original carton and packing material. If you see any obvious damage upon receipt, note it on the delivery slip that you sign. Call your local UPS office for an inspection. When the original package and its contents are returned to us, within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of personalized, dated, or commemorative merchandise must be received no later than 30 days before the date of delivery agreed upon at the time of the original order.
